Few minutes are left for the arrival of New Year. First time I am alone neither with my friends nor with my family. Everyone is asking me what you are going to do at night as its new year eve you can’t be alone and I m simply giving them reply that I also don’t know what I have to do but I know one thing that one should do that which he really loves to do. It’s true or myth I don’t know but many of us believe that u will continue doing that whole year whatsoever you are going to do on the starting of the year. So I thought why not to write for my blog. That’s what I love to do. This is what which gives me new energy to work. A new enthusiasm to move on and the best way to talk people and if the myth is really going to true then I definitely gonna lead a wonderful year ahead..

So my friends I got the answer what I m going to do on New Year eve. I will be with my blog and I really wish everyone must do the thing which they enjoy to do.

We Indians are rocking. We celebrate each festival and each event with full enthusiasm. I can hear much loud music from my place. People must be dancing like a hell and must be waiting for dot 12 o’clock and at 12 everyone gonna say aloud HAPPY NEW YEAR. WOW!! I am missing my college days. How enthusiastically we wait for the New Year. It’s real feel good. Everyone is happy today. hope the day remains the same forever. Amen!!!!!!

Hey I got my friend online. She is also all alone. We will be celebrating the New Year together online. Wow now the online celebration will be there. Thanks to the technology. As the time is coming closer I am getting more and more options to celebrate my eve. I am enjoying and welcoming my new year (But for sure somewhere missing my family n my friends)

So another thing which we use to ask each other is what the resolution is for this year. I really wish I take it and make it in this year positively. Otherwise I think as the January passes the resolution also passes by from the mind. lolzz. I really wish this time I will make it. What wish!!! I will definitely going to do it. After all every small things are going to make my life complete. I promise to myself that I m going to fulfil my resolution this year with full determination and fairness.

How u people are doing? Hope the peace still lies everywhere.

Yesterday I met a friend called HACHI. On the first site he seems to be very cute and at the last site he was my hero. Good to have his life as my life’s lessons. I will never forget him. Never! The day I will forget him I suppose I will be no more.

We must have listen many times that giving is all about. But I know many of us don’t believe that by heart. I was also one of them. I had always thought that how a relation can sustain by only giving n giving. There must be some give and take. But I think I was wrong. After meeting my friend HACHI I can say that relation can still exists. It’s just depends upon you how u had loved the person. I think here the lesson starts. If you really love someone then you will definitely going to keep that love throughout. It always not necessary that u will get back too. Showing your love and affection is the best part of love.

Can you imagine your life without your loved ones?? Can you imagine your life without whom u love the most??

I know one can’t. But why we still busy to fight with those loved ones of our lives. Do u know what is the best thing of life? It always gives you the second chance to move on, to improve yourself but the worst thing of death is its hardly give the buzz that its near to you or to your loved ones.

May be I m talking about very extremes ends. But what to do our whole journey is in between these two ends. Until and unless we don’t know our source and destination how we will be going to traverse our path.

U people must be loved to know that my friend HACHI has loved his only best friend in the cutest and the purest possible way. After the death of his friend, HACHI has waited for him throughout his life at the same place his friend had left him. One can say that how foolish he was. He must be a mental. But the best part was he was normal. He had waited with the belief that his friend was not going to leave him. His friend will be back may be in a day or 2 or in a year or 2 or may be 10 years. He had not cared what the season is, how the situations are. He had always been there at place at the same time where his friend was about to meet him. It's actually not about ignoring the fact rather it's all about living the affection with his friend.

I don’t think HACHI needs more appreciation. I think he was the divine soul. Yeah you guys have caught the right nerve. He is no more. But he had taught me the real essence of life. I love him and will be for teaching me such beautiful lessons of life.

YOU all must be surprise to know that I m talking about a dog. A dog named HACHI.

At the end will just want to say love your loved ones as much you can. Life is actually small to love and it’s too big to hate. Life has given such a beautiful opportunity to live with your loved ones then why not to grab this opportunity. I don’t want to say goodbye to my loved ones before time let me to do. Love them I think indirectly you will love yourself only. LIVE THE LOVELY LIFE WITH LOTS OF LOVE. :)

for today i think its enough to touch the critical points of the country..but its true that if we start doing now we will start getting better results soon..at least can see the better INDIA at the time of our retirement of our lives..:)

A SMALL WORD OF APPRECIATION

Appreciation, it’s something which automatically expected by everyone if one does some good job..It’s something which we can’t control our self to expect..I do remember when I was in 4-5^th standard. Before counting my A+ I used to turn back my report card first to see the remarks...and if it was different n better than anyone else I used to show everyone..:)That was really nice..and my awesome days of life..;) this small expectation keeps on increasing as we grow...as we grown up now we used to do good jobs often...hey hey don’t give smile..we do baba..i m not joking..Now come on be in serious mode..okay take it as when we used to do some good job once in a while; I think its digestible to all now; we definitely want some appreciation from anyone but most of the times from our closed ones..It can be in any way may be a by the small word or may be by any gift or maybe by a kiss anything..

It’s just that we need that appreciation to boost up in order to do the good jobs again n again..But if we didn’t receive or give this appreciation to anyone than how could we expect the good from others.. I think this can be the reason why we do the great jobs once in a while because many of us don’t receive that small gesture of appreciation from any of their closed ones when they expect to have it..

I remember one of my friend usually used to say to me that she had never been appreciated by me..At that time i really felt what a girl she is a childish one who need every time some appreciation..But you know what she was true...As she got the appreciation from her closed ones and now she has drastically improved herself in every way...it’s not just the appreciation but it’s all not without the appreciation..Well that was the past story just to tell you that whatsoever I m saying is not just the philosophy it’s the true thing of life which is damm easy to have it in our attitude..There are several examples to place in front of you rather many may be resemble with you or your near dear ones..

I don’t know about other countries but as far as my India is concerned here we used to appreciate a bit and pull up the legs every time.. we leave none to poke fun at...not even the president or prime minister of the country...after all we only had chosen them...i think it’s very easy to pull legs but i m telling you its more easier to appreciate..it can truly save your relation, post, attitude, n above all our nation..

Keep appreciating n make ur surrounding the healthy one..take care..

Hello people how r u doing?

It’s being very long to talk with you all..So just thought today to sit in front of my lappy and write whatsoever I feel at this moment..That’s it..

Today I had spend my whole day with my loved ones..But I don’t know why I felt that I was alone in the group..This was really a strange feeling for me..I was not able to understand why it actually happened..But after some time I was cool and thinking that it’s okay it’s life all about..That too was really strange for me as I had accepted that disastrous feeling so easily..Because I was not that kind of person..

But seriously life is a journey full of experiences which we can’t even dreamt of..Sometimes it feels like I have attain the highest level of survival and sometimes it feels that I have just started living life..Sometimes it feels like I have attain whatsoever I wanted n sometimes it feels like I have not even started yet..It’s really a mystery which keeps on revolving...many of you can feel what a foolish kind of person I am but I m sure many of you must have felt the same at least once..

Life is going through every path it can..Which really makes me believe that it’s a huge world..And I will be great if i will travel majority of its different paths..But truly speaking it really needs guts..or the attitude of acceptance..i don’t know exactly..as i m really confuse when i accept the changes n move on n at the same time feel likes i have no guts to change it..n on the other hand if i show my guts to change the things then somehow life makes me believe that this u don’t have to change rather u have to accept..i m totally confuse in that situation..never mind will definitely find out the better survival soon..

I m feeling sleepy now..totally tired..will catch u soon with some more researches of life..till then keep living the each moment to gain as much better experiences u can in order to make your progress report better which is there in the hands of GOD..

Practically..

Do you think can we make a blind to see?

Do you think can we make a dumb to speak?

Do you think can we make a deaf to hear?

Do you think can we bring back our lost ones?

Do you think can we make run a person having no legs?

Do you think can we bring back our past time?

Do you think can we take back our spoken words?

As such there are many questions. I know we cannot do any of these things that are why we hardly think of it. But additionally we also avoid thinking those things which we can. I don’t know why is it so? May be in spite of a social animal we love to be an individual separate animal. That’s why we all are deeply concentrating only on our individuals lives. Everybody is ready to take pain or themselves but none is ready to take pain for the country. Every one of us feels unsafe doing something for the country or maybe we don’t think anything to do because we will not be paid.

The best/worst thing is that we, very smartly prove ourselves patriotic on 15th august and 26th January. It’s really nice; at least we remember these two dates.

“DO YOU REALLY THINK THE ESSENCE OF PATRIOTISM LIES ONLY IN THESE TWO DAYS?”

Usually we used to say that we are serving our country in a manner that we are working in any MNC’S or other. We are doing our job and this way we are serving our country.

“DO YOU THINK WE ARE DOING FAIR JOB TO OUR COUNTRY?”

Aren’t we in a smarter way making our individuals profits indirectly related to country profits in order to satisfy ourselves that we serving our country?

“ARE WE REALLY DOING SOMETHING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COUNTRY?”

It’s very rightly said that first be good for yourself then only you will be able to do well for others. BUT! What is the height of doing well for only oneself? I think there is no answer for it.

I only want to emphasize one thing; can we think to do something for our country separately from our daily jobs. Our daily jobs are definitely serving the country in direct or indirect manner. But we all know we have to give some extra and innovative efforts for the betterment of INDIA. There are many issues which we read, shout at government and easily forget it. But we do nothing for it. Rather every time we all think that this is the job of government. But what to do if we only seeing that government are culprit somewhere or its not doing the perfect job. Why don’t we think to help the government in some manner? INDIA is such a big country that it’s stupid to think that without the corporation of the peoples of India the government alone can do anything. I know it’s not possible for a single person to do. That’s why we need to form big team to work for so why not to form it soonest possible.

For our professional lives we believe in team work, so why not to apply it outside of our respective offices also. Let’s have a big team and do something for the betterment of the customs, systems and above all for the people of INDIA.”PEOPLE OF INDIA WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE OF INDIA”

I don’t think until unless we start doing something, we stop taking every bad think by defaulted related to INDIA.

There are many. NO END. Let’s have determination to make an end to it and progressively erasing it one by one. First from the negativity we have to achieve neutrality then only we can bring the positivity.

It’s enough to make you all understand my point. Now it’s time to work for it. I really hope to see positive responses and candidates in order to make team and decide to work for the country. Remember I am not saying to leave your personal lives and your jobs. Just asking and trying to bring out some spare time to work additionally for the country. It’s tough but not impossible.

You know we can’t imagine us not to be an Indian. We feel to be proud, so why not to work for the good of our country. WHY NOT??????

ALONE NOBODY CAN BE PERFECT

Hello friends!!!! How are all of you? I hope everyone must be rocking in their lives. It’s being very long for me to write something. I was thinking what to share with all of you then suddenly one funny thing happened inmy life. So I thought to share that along with what I feel regarding w.r.t life.
Since last few years whenever I had fight with my friend I felt so alone that I started feeling as “ALONE I AM PERFECT” and because of the anger several times I had spoken these four words to my friend. She had always said to me that this was wrong. Alone nobody can be perfect. But I had always denied. Few days back suddenly with the same mood I had said the same four words to my same friend and now she had said OKAY if u can be then its fine. Then for the first time I had realized that ALONE NOBODY CAN BE PERFECT. I know it’s funny to hear but it’s the truth. ”woh kehte hain na jab tak pyaar se samjhaya jaaye tab tak samajh nahi aata. jab dande padte hain tab apne aap hi sab samajh mein aa jaata hain”..lolzzzzz.. Well, but for my case nothing can be done now as she had already left me alone by taking her friendship. But I think that my experience can be share with my friends. Well, friends I don’t know whether any point of time you had ever thought of, that alone u are perfect. But yeah definitely some might had. For those I will say don’t ever think like this. Because alone nobody can be perfect. If at one point of time we feel that if we will be alone there will no other matters related to others to be solved and we will be free to work only for our lives. Or may be in other way that if I would had not been enter into someone’s life then I would had not been created such a mess into his life or by giving any of the excuses, then at that moment itself we will drop our post from human being . Because GOD had made us in such a manner that we are not suppose to live alone then how it can be perfect. Only two things happen in our life, either happiness or sorrow. For both sharing is must in order to increase the happiness and decrease the sorrow and for sharing everybody knows that some other person is needed. So it’s better to have that somebody in spite of thinking and feeling about loneliness.

I will say make your circumference as big YOU CAN. Make your close ones as close YOU CAN. Make your friends feel u near as much YOU CAN, fight as much YOU CAN but dissolve it as soon YOU CAN. Make new friends as many YOU CAN but don’t start neglecting the old ones with the most possible effort YOU CAN, start giving value to each connected person in your life as much YOU CAN. Life is too short to regain them. It’s better to work earlier and don’t let them go. Life is too busy to ask them “how are you” but it’s not so busy to put a scrap of HELLO. Life is too short to be there with your love ones because you never know when a small mishappening can make you away from them. So make the use of every moment of your life as much YOU CAN.. There is nothing more to say. You people are more than intelligent to understand what I want to share. STAY CONNECTED and FORGET THE WORD ALONE. Take care.

TIME IS MONEY

THANK YOU everybody for your valuable feedback.Those are really precious to me. One point was common in all i.e. the length of the post. It’s very long and that’s why inconvenient to go through the post fully. I apologize for that as in some way I had killed yours as well as my time. Killing time is very near to a crime. as it is already in scarce and the biggest problem is that we cannot buy it from anywhere in order to compensate our previous tic -tac moments which had wasted.
Today I want to share some thoughts related to time. Don’t worry this as well as any of the future posts will not going to be a big one.

TIME IS MONEY.I feel time has same importance in our life as money has.But when we have to spend them we generally behave differently. While spending a single penny from our pocket we think twice. Then why we avoid thinking before spending time. May be because in some corner of our mind we have a fake belief that once money will gone it will have to regain by working again rigorously for hours but once time will gone no hardships are require to regain it.We feel we have plenty of time with us so why to be sincere to spend it. How foolish are we? We hardly think at that point of time that we are enough capable to regain our money but we are not at all capable to regain our time because it is impossible to regain that lost time. Once the time had gone it won’t come back. But there is sort of fake belief that’s why how often we usually say we are doing time pass in our leisure time. It’s really funny that there is no such word called leisure money but leisure time does exist.
Time is running and we hardly think that it is. Each one of us is having a definite time of our life time and this time period we can’t change it according to us. In a simplest way we have only life time validity not more than that. In course of this if we realize then we should spend it in a more effective manner. Let me take a daily example related to the telecommunication. These days many tariff plans have been introduced by different companies. E.g. pay Rs.50 n get 600 sms free for a month or pay Rs.49 and get all the STD calls @50 paisa/min for a month bla bla bla. After activating the tariff on our sim card we utilize it utmost because we are aware that it will be of no use after a month and after it we have to pay again to avail the same facility. In this way we utilize money in the effective and valuable manner. Then why we don’t think the same for the time. Rather we spend plenty of time in order to save it and if we keep on daring to waste it then it’s rightly said,”time deals gently only with those who take it gently.”

These days it has become an adage of our generation,” I am very busy”. It’s nice to be busy but at the same time it’s also wise to look upon where we are busy about. The work should not only be done to complete it rather it should be done to give value to time. So it’s better to check it out where we are spending our time. Keeping our self busy is very easy but giving value to the tic tac moments is very difficult. Passing time is easy but passing it effectively and valuably is difficult. A clock passes its time by keeping its both hands busy. Now it’s up to us what we decide to do with the time given to us by GOD.
IF I WASTE A SECOND, I WASTE A MINUTE,
IF I WASTE A MINUTE, I WASTE AN HOUR,
IF I WASTE AN HOUR I WASTE A DAY
IF I WASTE A DAY I WASTE A LIFETIME..
So, start making your each present moment a valuable one. Don’t just simply pass it. I know we can take a good initiative..

Today lets have some managerial lessons frm mahabharat...i know u people may react, what!! Managerial lessons from mahabharat..???.

The field of business has been enriched by learning from various disciplines of knowledge. we can draw many corporate learning from our great epic-MAHABHARAT..n apply to the business world for the betterment..The learning from the epic n application of those learning in the field of daily management will definitely create better individuals n in turn better corporate world..

Few mnths back i had watched the full B.R.Chopra’s Mahabharat! all the episodes..it was really nice watching it..while watching the mahabharat all the time i was keep on taking out the drawbacks of it..especially on those points which we notice much..such as every male is having more than one wife, everybody is having supernatural power wich is not practical n that’s y it was not digestable..they suppose to be idealistic but evrybody is found of lust n the incredible truth of yudhisther n the most irritating nature of dhrithrashtra.aah!!!he was realy pathetic!!!!

See...this was all my reactions..rather it will be same ever..because these were realy the pathetic things of mahabharat..but yeah i will surely say wen keeping my mind silent n thnk over the whole mahabharat..one can get many many lessons to learn from it..its full of learnings especially for our today’s corporate world..so why not to check it out now!! Before illustrating any of the learning n all..i will like to give you the summary of mahabharat..whomsoevr had forgetten on some points can have the revision..then only it will be easy to gt the lessons n more flexibility to adopt it..

The longest Sanskrit epic ever written has a collection of more than 74000 verses divided into 18 books. The epic revolves around the struggle for the throne of the kingdom of Hastinapur. The struggle is betwn 2 branches of d same family, the Kauravas and Pandavas.. The Kauravas were d 100 sons of the blind king Dhritrashtra and the Pandavas were d 5sons of Pandu.. The 5 brthrs named Yudhisthir, Arjun, Bheem, Nakul n Sehdev.. Each of the Pandavas had a special virtue in dem that made them stand apart from the rest of the world. This made the Kauravas hate them and they planned many devious ways to get rid of them. They opposed each other in war for possession of the Bharat kingdom..The 5sons of Pandu were actually d sons of 5Gods. The 100 sons of the blind king Dhritrashtra on the other hand had demonic birth and are said to be human incarnations of the demons. The most dramatic figure of the entire Mahabharat is Sri Krishna who is the supreme personality of God Himself who practices Dharm.. Krishna Vasudev was the cousin of both parties but he was a friend and advisor to the Pandavas..he served as Arjun's mentor and charioteer in the great war. Dhritrashtra n his sons behaved brutally toward the Pandavas in many ways from the time of their childhood..Their first attempt to kill the Pandavas was by burning them inside a palace..The Pandavas managed to escape but then Kauravas once again attempted to harm Pandavas when they tuk advntge of Yudhishthir in d game of dice.. Duryodhan won all his brthrs and even the Pandavas' common wife Draupadi .He n his brothers had humiliated all d Pandavas and physically abused Draupadi..They drove Pandavas into the exile of 12 yrs which had to b followed by the Pandavas living smwhre in society in disguise widout being discovred…The Pandavas fulfilled their part by living outside the kingdom but Duryodhan was unwilling to restore the Pandavas to their half of the kingdom when 13yrs had expired. Both sides then called upon their many allies and 2large armies arrayed themselves on Kuru's Field.. Pandavas won the 18day battle, but it was a victory that deeply troubled all. Pandavas sons n 4 men who were like fathers to them (Bhishm, their teacher Drona , Karna nd their maternal uncle Shalya) were all tragic victims in the war..

Now to move on to the learning specifically from the major events gone thru in the Mahabharat…

1. Work on your weekness n turn it into ur strength:

In the exile panadavas turned their attention to improve their weakness.. ARJUN, set out on the mission to acquire the divyayastra, BHIMA,met HANUMANJI n get the blessing of enhanced strength, YUDHISHTER, acquired teachngs frm various rishis n learnd to play the game of dice..

2. Build strong social relationships:

PANDAVAS were having no power of their own but they were having the power of their allies..they have PANCHALA thru marriage with draupadi, DWARKA thru marriage of arjun and subhadra. MATSYA thru marriage of abhimanyu n uttara, RAKSHASAS thru marrisge of bhim n hidimba,.n few more wich I dnt remember rite now..

3. Sharing responsibilities make the work effectively n efficiently done:

Pandavas had authorised 7 commanders ..they were: VIRAT(king of matsya),SATYAKI(frm dwarka),SHIKHANDI(frm panchala),SAHADEVA(king of magadh),DRUPAD(king of panachala),DHRSHTAKETU(king of chedi)..DHRSHTADYUM-commander in chief, ARJUN-supreme commander,LORD KRISHNA-arjun’s charioteer..

4. Action shld be taken in the favor of team not in d individual favor:

ABHIMANYU was only 16yrs old but still for his team interest means the winning of pandavas he went into the CHAKRAVUH in the absence of his father.moreover he knew to enter into it but was unknown to get out of it. still he had accepted the suicide mission to get his team win..

5. The upper level management must knw the ground realities of lower level:

Pandavas spent the greater part of their lives in poverty: childhood in himalayas,1 yr of their exile with poor people, thru which they had been in contact with the various strata of people which definitely make them more realistic n appropriate in ruling the kingdom..

6. There must also be team work..team spirit shld always be enlighten:

All the 5pandavas were look in all themselves as one team..they work for the team..none was intrsted in individual motives..there was no chaos among them unlike the Kauravas..

7. Management shld be distributed in such a manner that the right person shld get the right job:

Pandavas were working for the common goal but each respective had assigned to target the specific opponent as they knw that only that person will be able to win over due to his supernatural power.

e.g: arjun was assigned to target karna, bhim to duryodhan n his brothers, sehdev to shakuni n his sons etc..

8. A team must contain women..any team wich doesn’t have women is unbalanced:

In Pandavas team Kunti was the authoritarian n their wife Draupadi was the brilliant decision maker..

9. Managers shld be firm enough to drive the organization towards thir vision n mission:

On the battlefield SHRI KRISHNA encouraged n motivated arjun in order to perform the task which was needed for his team(pandavas)..HE explained him that he had to make his mind firm to fight against his own family members as it was the main goal of his team(Pandavas)..

In all a company named Hastinapur ran by 5brothers n the CEO of that company was LORD KRISHNA..the eldest brother YUDHISTHIR was there to bind the values among his workers..BHIM was the executor manager as his utmost importance was on the outcomes..ARJUN was like the young managers in order to discover his own meaning of life..NAKUL was there to work more n more for the company but he was lack in leadership..SEHDEV was the manager giving lots of brilliant ideas..DRAUAPDI was dere in order to help out in decision making…

This was all which I came to learn..i hope these will definitely work in any enterprise n rather in our daily management as well..if I had missed smthng u r most welcome to share it..

DONATE BLOOD!! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??

BLOOD: A red fluid running in our body for which we hardly care until unless we see it bleeding because of any reason..i think it’s a human nature not to give attention upon those things until unless it becomes urgent or necessary to look upon..when?????when????????the time come when people start understanding the value or need of donating blood..i think it will come when they will see the casualty or the emergence need in their own family or for their own..still i am not sure whether they will open their eyes or not!!!!!!!

Everybody is running for the money now a days..but what will you do of this money if this red fluid will be in scarce in your body..how will you manage this fluid if it’s not available..at that time your money will be of no use..

BLOOD; it’s also common as the five elements among us..it’s far from the caste, race n everything..it doesn’t see in which body i am flowing but it will surely react when it will be less in any body. Don’t give it the opportunity to react..when it gets angry it won’t stop!!!!be aware!!!!!!

In a human body generally 5lires of blood flow..it forms in bone marrow n distributed in whole body thru vessels..it constituted with three participants which are, REB BLOOD CELLS(RBC),WHITE BLOOD CELLS(WBC) and PLATELETS..You don’t have to donate whole of your 5 litres blood..so y r u scare of it..u just have to donate only 450ml which is around only 1/11th of it..so what is the harm in donating it..after the donation of this 450ml it’s not like that u will faint or u will not regain it..don’t worry its better than your MONEY...to compensate your 450 ml of blood for the mean while the water, proteins etc of your body will work..u just have the proper meals n within a small time u will regain your blood..after the donation there is definitely a small deficiency of RBC, WBC n Platelets..thou the forming rate of WBC n Platelets are high u don’t have to bother much for that n for RBC thou its rate is comparatively low u can work upon it simply by having the iron, vitamin c in your meals..i don’t think it’s a big task for you..if you can manage to have cold drinks, pizza, burgers etc.. then u can also manage to have meals containing iron, vitamins..i don’t think they are so bad to have it!!!! Before donation of blood there will be proper check up of your health, RBC n etc..n if the doctor find u r capable of donating it then only u will be allow to donate it..SO!!!! y not to keep yourself healthy...it’s your duty as a human being..rather it’s the utmost responsibility for everyone of us to take care of our health n be healthy...r u scare of being healthy or u don’t have time to be??i think u don’t have time to be...in that case i will only request take out time to do so..Because only in healthy body a healthy mind can live n only in healthy mind creative ideas can form n only creative ideas can lead you to earn more n more money..think about it!!!!!!

These days as more n more diseases are introducing people are more hesitating in donating blood..for that i will say BE AWARE n take PREACUTIIONS..in more cases it had been heard that people are scared of the syringes used in taking out the blood..in order to avoid any such things u can have your own new syringe for that...n secondly i will not say go anywhere n donate your blood..there are authorised hospitals for it..check it out in your region n then go there..n additionally Rotory blood camps, lion blood camps are also authorised u can also believe them...be a bit aware n you only can check it out whether they are doing the process in a hygienic manner or not..BE BOLD N RAISE UR VOICE..(if u can be loud at streets, in cinema halls then kindly try to raise your voice for the betterment of the social cause..)kindly don’t give these foolish excuses to yourself or to others..it’s a request..

Donating blood is also good for you..i will not say much upon it..just one thing GO N HAVE EXPERIENCE..u will feel PROUD of yourself..saving someone's life is a divine thing to do in one's lifetime..

I am a blood donor since last 3 yrs..n i feel proud of myself..now i want to make myself regular n bound that’s y from this yr i have promise myself to donate blood on each birthday of mine..on the another way i will be keeping myself healthy also..

I will say be a regular blood donor n try to motivate others also..we need to spread this thought..it’s necessary..BLOOD SHOULD CIRCULATE..

hello frnds today bringing frnds n frndship for you..i knw for many of us it will be very boring topic.but still want to share somethng with you..i knw i will not say anythng new abt frndship..rather its not necessary that i will be all right..but yeah watsoever i am going to share is totaly the experience of my life..nothng is frm outside..thats y it is possible that i mite hve not touch many points realted to the frnds n frndship..so plz forgive me for that..but surely will let u knw the more n more importance of frndship..

this small word gives lot of meaning to life.. many of us live for frndship n can also die for it. It’s the sweetest n most energetic feeling in everyone of us..frndship can show how beautiful life can be..it is a sweet relationship..its not just the relationship full of emotions rather a reflection too of goodness n endless belief. one who make frnds he realy know what the friendship is..its realy a heaven. because here we chose the people of our choice with whom we can live in any way we want..we are free to do anything with them.We can love them,get angry with them,can have lots of fight ,care for them,can demand the special attention frm them,can disturb them anytime,any, anything which we want frm them…as one knws that his frnds will not leave him in any of the good or bad situation…

Life is nothing without frndship because it’s the only relationship that one has the freedom to be one self..Seeing the frnds goodness with eyes closed,loving forever with reasons nevr disclosed…helping the frnd, wen the friend does wrong, singing together many a joyous song, wiping tears, sharing dreams are some beautiful facets of frndship that makes two strangers come together to walk many a distant mile..

When we are small child then we hardly knw abt the frnds n their sweet frndships..we are just surrounded with our parents n siblings n relatives..then as soon as we strted going schools our parents taught us to make frnds n strt making frnds circles n all..talk with eryone in ur class b interactive..in the schools..help them play with them n many more thngs..our teachers taught us to be togther, play together…I think this was the reason that in my school there was the shuffling of seats on weekly basis…so that each n evry student can be in contact with others..then slowly as soon as we reach the intermediate level we can diffrntiate our frnds frm the collogues…it seems so absurd that till last few yrs the whole class was supposed to be our frnd circle..but as soon as we were growing our frnd circle was contracting…it’s a very natural process..as we had strted understanding the people n able to find out the friends from the whole croud…till now we knw with whom we can have a better bonding…for whom we can do anything..for whom we will be ready to give our hand anytime for any type of help..

Then when we move to our graduate level then the sense n meaning both changes regarding the frnds..many make frnds for their personal uses n they literally use the people in the name of frndship n many have the real frndship also..

The real frndship really gives u lots of happiness..u r free to move boldly n free to do any thing.. In life no more fear remains as soon as the real frnd enter into ur life…as u knw some one beside is always there for you…in any of ur bad situation he/she will help u out..he wont ask you y u had done this…he will only say be dere I am coming!!!!!!!or dnt worry I m with you..evrythng gonna be all right!!!

Its very rightly said that alone you may not be able to achieve smthng but yeah together YOU CAN !!!!DEFINAITELY…NO ONE CAN STOP YOU…

A true frnd is always dere for you..he hardly thnks abt the situation, the time ,society or any other social or personal matters..at the time of ur need the true frnd of urs will be dere beside you..anyhow..may be physically he wont b able to do that but yeah menatally he will make you feel that dnt worry I am there with you..thngs will be fine..

I knw the meaning of true frnd..as I had them in my life…n also knw their importance as I had lost them frm my life bcz of my stupid deeds..wich were non forgiving!!!

I will say dnt evr dare to lose ur true frnd in any of ur life’s situation bcz the situation can be handle it out n it will not remain the same but the true frnds once lost will not return into ur life..bcz he/she is also a human being. n ur hurtng words n deeds will definitely hurt them at some corner of their heart..n as these pinches increases they strt avoiding you n silently left ur lif n circle..u hardly understd anthng when all of a sudden it happened but after few time u gonna able to realize the faults n all..but till that time u cant regain the thngs n people..its very righly said…

Once spoken out the words frm ur mouth n the deeds of urs will not be possible taken back…they will either give pleasure to someone or they will hrt someone..i will not say dnt be free to say anything frm ur frnd..but yeah surely dnt be so free that it strt hurting ur frnd..u must be free..but ur freedom shld have some responsibility also ,i.e not to hurt ur frnds by ur deeds or words..so plz always try to make long lasting true frndship..it realy gives meaning to your life..

True frndship lasts only if it has a fabulous foundation…one is fortunate, if happiness is found in frndship, and if it found then one is fortunate to possess that frndship..true frndship comes when silence between two people is comfortable n wen evrythng is said n done n understood in just few words..

In the process of making this true relationship of ones life one has to gone thru many expectations..its a two way process..means both of the people have expecations frm each other..they seems to be very small but when the time comes to do that we only try to give all the big reasons n excuses behind it..

LIFE is unpredictable..it has two opposite faces.one to believe n another not to believe.

But!!! as being a practical person i will say expecting something is the most foolish task to do..what to do its a human nature.no one can defend it.one have to go through it.still some people have fake believe that they are living their life without any expectations..its all true because by the god's grace they are receiving all the things of which they are worthy and indirectly their expectations are fulfilling..but what will happen when this unknowing expectation of theirs will stop being fulfilling?????? ITS SIMPLE! NOTHING JUST A SMALL BLAST WILL HAPPEN IN THEIR LIFE..WHICH ONE HAS TO TACKLE ANYHOW....SO DON'T WORRY N READY FOR EVERY UNEXPECTEDNESS..RATHER TO EXPECT SOMETHING..

Durga is perhaps the most widely worshiped deity of Shakti. Maa Durga's divine characterization include entire Devibhagavatham is dedicated to her. Durga means one who is difficult to approach. However since she is the mother of universe she is the personification of tender love, wealth, power, beauty and all virtues.Durga is a form of Devi, the supremely radiant goddess, depicted as having ten arms, riding a lion or a tiger, carrying weapons (including a lotus flower), maintaining a meditative smile, and practicing mudras, or symbolic hand gestures.

An embodiment of creative feminine force Durga exists in a state of svatantrya (dependence on the universe and nothing/nobody else, i.e., self-sufficiency) and fierce compassion. Durga is considered by Hindus to be an aspect of Kali, and the mother of Ganesha, and Kartikeya. She is thus considered the fiercer, demon-fighting form of LORD SHIVA's wife, Goddess Parvati. Durga manifests fearlessness and patience, and never loses her sense of humor, even during spiritual battles of epic proportion.

As a Goddess, Durga's feminine power contains the energies of the gods. Each of her weapons was gifted to her by various gods: Rudra's trident, Vishnu's discus, Indra's thunderbolt, Brahma's kamandalu, Kuber's Ratnahar, etc.

There are thousands of names of Durga, but She is popularly revered as Devi/Shakti/ Durga/ Amba. A Shloka of the Devi Suktam supports this view, which reads as:
“Yaa Devi Sarva Bhuteshi Shakti Roopena Samasthita
Namastasyai- Namastasyai -Namastasya -Namo Namah”
The translation runs as:
My Namaskar to that Devi who abides as "Shakti/Energy" in all the embodied souls. My Namaskar be to that Shakti, Namaskar to that Shakti Namaskar- Namo- Namah to that Shakti.

Maa Durga is worshipped in different forms. SHE is a form of "Shakti". The evolution of Shri Maha Saraswati, Shri Maha Laxmi and Shri Mahakali (the 3 main forms of "Shakti") took place from Shri Brahma, Shri Vishnu and Shri Mahesh respectively. Each of these 3 deities gave rise to 3 more forms and hence in all, these 9 forms together are known as Nav-Durga

Shailaputri literally means the daughter (putri) of the mountains (shaila). Variously known as Sati Bhavani, Parvati or Hemavati, the daughter of Hemavana - the king of the Himalayas, she is the first among Navadurgas. Her worship takes place on the first day of Navaratri– the nine divine nights. The embodiment of the power of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, she rides a bull and carries a trident and a lotus in her two hands..

Bharmacharini :She is worshipped on the second day of Navaratri and is the second form of Mother Goddess. Bharmacharini means one who practices devout austerity. She holds a rosary in her right hand and a water utensil in her left hand. She is blissful and endows happiness, peace, prosperity and grace upon all devotees who worship her. Filled with bliss and happiness, she is the way to emancipation – Moksha

The third facet of Goddess Durga is ‘Chandraghanta’, who is worshipped on the third day of Navaratri, for peace, tranquility and prosperity in life. She has a ‘chandra’ or half moon in her forehead in the shape of a ‘ghanta’ or bell. That is why she is called ‘Chandraghanta’. She is charming, has a golden bright complexion and rides a lion. She has ten hands, three eyes and holds weapons in her hands. She is the apostle of bravery and possesses great strength to fight in the battle against demons.

Kushmanda is the fourth form of the mother goddess and is worshipped on the fourth day of Navaratri. The meaning of the name ‘Ku-shm-anda’ is as follows: ‘Ku’ = a little; ‘ushma’ = ‘warmth’; ‘anda’ = ‘the cosmic egg’. So she is considered the creator of the universe. The universe was no more than a void full of darkness, until her light spreads in all directions like rays from the sun. Often she is depicted as having eight or ten hands. She holds weapons, glitter, rosary, etc., in her hands, and she rides a lion.

The fifth aspect of the Mother Durga is known as ‘Skanda Mata’ - the mother of Skanda or Lord Kartikeya, who was chosen by gods as their commander in chief in the war against the demons. She is worshipped on the fifth day of Navaratri. She is accompanied by the Lord Skanda in his infant form. Skanda Mata has four arms and three eyes, holds the infant Skanda in her right upper arm and a lotus in her right hand which is slightly raised upwards. The left arm is in pose to grant boons with grace and in left lower hand which is raised also holds a lotus. She has a bright complexion and often depicted as seated on a lotus.

The sixth form of Mother Durga is known as ‘Katyayani’, who is worshipped on the six day of Navaratri. The legend behind her name goes thus: Once upon a time, there was a great sage called Kata, who had a son named Katya. Kata was very famous and renowned in the lineage of saints. He underwent long austerities and penance in order to receive the grace of the Mother Goddess. He wished to have a daughter in the form of a goddess. According to his wish and desire the Mother Goddess granted his request. Katyayani was born to Kata as an avatar of Durga

Shubhamkari:This is the seventh form of Mother Durga and is worshipped on the seventh day of Navaratri. She has a dark complexion, disheveled hair and a fearlessness posture. A necklace flashing lightning adorns her neck. She has three eyes that shine bright and terrible flames emanate from her breath. Her vehicle is the donkey. Her raised right hand always seems to grant boons to all worshipers and all her right lower hand is in the pose of allaying fears. Her left upper hand holds a thorn-like weapon, made of iron and there is a dagger in the lower left hand. She is black like Goddess Kali and holds a sparkling sword in her right hand battle all evil. Her gesture of protection assures us of freedom from fear and troubles. So she is also known as ‘Shubhamkari’

MAHAGAURI:She is worshiped on the eighth day of Navaratri. Her power is unfailing and instantly fruitful. As a result of her worship, all sins of past, present and future get washed away and devotees get purified in all aspects of life. Maha Gauri is intelligent, peaceful and calm. Due to her long austerities in the deep forests of the Himalayas, she developed a dark complexion. When Lord Shiva cleaned her with the water of the Ganges, her body regained its beauty and she came to be known as Maha Gauri, which mean extremely white. She wears white clothes, has four arms, and rides on a bull. Her right hand is in the pose of allaying fear and her right lower hand holds a trident. The left upper hand holds a ‘damaru’ (a small rattle drum) and the lower one is in the pose of granting boons to her devotees

Siddhidatri is the ninth form of Goddess. She is worshipped on the ninth day of Navaratri. Siddhidatri has supernatural healing powers. She has four arms and she is always in a blissful happy enchanting pose. She rides on the lion as her vehicle. She blesses all Gods, saints, yogis, tantrics and all devotees as a manifestation of the Mother Goddess. In ‘Devi Bhagvata Purana’ it is mentioned that Lord Shiva worshipped her and was blessed with all Siddhis (supernatural powers). By her blessings his half body became female and other half body male in the avatar of Ardhnarishvara.

During Durga Puja, God in the form of the Divine Mother is worshiped in Her various forms as Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati. Though the Goddess is one, She is represented and worshiped in three different aspects. On the first three nights of the festival, Durga is worshiped. On the following three, Lakshmi and then Saraswati Devi on the last three nights. The following tenth day is called Vijayadasami. Vijaya means "victory", the victory over one's own minds that can come only when these three: Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati are worshiped.

Once upon a time there lived a demon (Asura) named Mahisha. He found great happiness in hurting people. Once, he decided to pray to lord Brahma, who he thought would give him a boon, which would make him invincible.

Mahisha performed severe penances praying and fasting for months as he stood on one foot. The three worlds trembled under the strength of his penances and a pleased lord Brahma came to give him a boon. Mahisha asked for immortality, which the lord said he could not have as every creature that was born had to die. Mahisha decided that he would ask for a boon that would make him as good as immortal. He asked that no man should be able to kill and, if he had to die it should be only at the hands of only a woman. He was sure that no woman could ever fight against him however strong she may be. Now that Mahisha was invincible, he and the other asuras went about hurting and killing everyone on earth and then went on to the heavens to fight the Gods. Even Indra's thunderbolt could not withstand the asura attack. Mahisha drove out the Gods and took over Indra's throne. Mahishasura started harassing all pious people who continued praying to Vishnu or Shiva. The Gods and people were depressed and decided to ask lord Shiva for help. Lord Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma concentrated hard and used their radiant energies, which were joined by the energies from Indra, and the other Gods. This godly energy took the form of a divine lady with thousand arms. In each arm she carried a weapon belonging to all Gods. This was Durga Devi.

She mounted a fiery lion and roared. It was a roar that shook mountains and created huge waves in the seas. Even Mahisha was worried for a second, but his vanity took over when he saw that the terrible form was that of a woman. Durga created a large army from her breath to fight Mahisha's army and then fought with Mahisha who came in the form of a Buffalo. As he struggled to set himself from the Buffalo form she killed him with her sword delivering the earth and heavens of the Burden called Mahishasura.

Gods rejoiced and as they gathered to felicitate the Divine Mother. They were confused about what they saw in front of them..a massive current of stream of blood flowing from Mahisa's body. They wondered was it death's darting tongue? or Ganga has turned red. Or is it Shiva himself with his dance of devastation during the dusk??

The celebrations of Durga festival start with ‘Bodhan’ on Sasthi (the ritual of setting up a giant banana tree adorned in a saree beside Lord Ganesha and worshipping her as his ‘wife’) on Saptami. After that there is the ‘Pushpanjali’ paying homage to Maa Duga followed by foral offering during the morning time and Maha Sandhya Aart. Ashtami, is the biggest day of the festival. The third day called Nabami is the day of animal sacrifice. There is on more occasion called ‘Sindoor Khela’ (the tradition of putting vermilion on the forehead of the Maa Durga).
Finally, on the last day, the immersion of these huge idols of Goddess Durga in the ganges.

The Nine Boons for Navaratri
The auspicious Navratri days are here,
O Divine Ma Durga,grant me these nine boons,
One for each day most sacred,
Each dedicated to thoughts of only you.

First and foremost I entreat,
Mother of the World bestow on me
Devotion without end to Thy lotus feet.

Second, I ask
That may I never speak a falsehood
And ever hold fast to the way of Truth.

Third, I seek
That no matter what ordeals befall me
I never swerve from the righteous path.

Fourth, I pray,
Banish all anger from my mind
So peaceful it may always be.

Fifth, bless me
So these eyes behold Thy Radiant Beauty
At the final moments of my life.

Sixth, dispel
Evermore this web of Maya
And from all attachments set me free.

Seventh, do grant
That my mind be filled forever
With thoughts of Thee and only Thee.

Eight, I implore
That in my heart is ever kindled
The undying flame of Wisdom's light.

Finally O Compassionate Mother,
Bless me, so that for all time,
In the lotus of my heart is enshrined
Thy ever Blissful form Sublime.
O Mother Divine, for as long as I live
Grant to me Thy wondrous Grace,
So Thy endless glories I may sing
For each one of my remaining days.
